The Leitner Center is committed to protecting the privacy of all users. This Privacy Policy represents our commitment to your right to privacy. This Privacy Policy sets out the Leitner Center’s information processing practices relating to you and your personal data and applies when we collect and process personal data from you through various sources, and describes your rights regarding your personal data.
By accessing or using our website or our social media platforms, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to consent, please do not access or use our website or social media platforms.

“Leitner Center for International Law and Justice” or “Leitner Center” refers to the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice at Fordham Law School (also referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). The Leitner Center is the data controller to which this policy refers to.

The Leitner Center collects personal data about you when you: Visit our website or social media platforms; Make a donation; Volunteer; Register for a Leitner Center event; Contact us; Subscribe to a newsletter or other online publication; Apply for a student program, scholarship, or employment.

We will use the information that we collect about you for the following purposes: managing and processing inquiries, registrations, and requests made by you; feedback collection; sending information to you that you have consented to receive; improving website performance and improvement. We require such third party’s to use the personal information we transfer to them only for the purpose for which it was transferred and not to retain it for longer than is required for fulfilling the said purpose.
